scroll on down :)

Since it's been so long since I've posted anything new, thought let you know to scroll on down to see the four new ones I've just added ... Gone Fishin', Spring Break in Branson, Family Fish Fry, and the Thunderbird Airshow ...

The Thunderbirds Air Show

For many, many years now, every two years,
we take Kayla & Elyse to the Ft. Smith Airshow :)
Next time Kayla will be 18, and
who knows how long they'll keep humoring us! :)
Someone said 100,000 people came to the show ... and we happily shared the 80+ degrees sunshine & wind with them all ... (well, we did find a plane wing to sit under most of the time:)

uh, reckon who she's talking to ... again !yep, got to get some Thunderbird autographs & pics

the usual facilities :)

.... we'll be back in 2010 !!!

Branson Spring Break

Kayla, Elyse & I got to spend a few days in Branson during their Spring Break. A lot of time gets invested in just getting ready to go do anything else ...
Kayla just gave up on trying to share the bathroom ....
of course, it's hard for her to even find "makeup time" in between texting a certain someone!

...and for all that work ... Elyse just gets to kiss a bear :) ...
We had a fun time, got to see several shows, do some shopping ... I'm blessed to get to spend time with these cool girls :)

Gone Fishin'

Elyse, Gene & Pat got to take a little fishin' time on a sunny & warm day up to the Warford Farm, Bud's pond ... Elyse mostly caught "tics" !! But, she did reel in one big ole catfish, a 15 pounder! We took it back to Papa :) Pat did catch a 12 pounder, but we don't eat those "bottom feeders" :) .... Yeah, yeah, I know you're wondering if it's really true, since there's no photo proof ... but the camera batteries went dead! :)
